UNNECESSARY STUDENT PURCHASE OF THE WEEK 6

 ACCESSORIZE925 SILVER LOVE RING  (£10)
Another sterling silver ring to my collection. This will fill in my lemmings for one of Calourette's 'word' rings.
PACO RABANNE BLACK XS L'EXCES FOR HER
This smells DIVINE (my friend finds this too sweet though). I'm rubbish at describing scents so for the low down click here. It's my new day fragrance because I was getting spray happy with Tom Ford's Black Orchid which is people friendly btw ;)
BOURJOIS FLOWER PERFECTION FOUNDATION- 52 AND 53
I have two because Boots had a decent offer where you could get two for £13.... And they retail at £10.99 anyway. I LOVE this. I'm wearing this foundation in my 60s look as a reference. I'd describe the finish as luminous matte without that dry clingy feeling that most matte foundations tend to do. I find the shades a TAD ashy but that could just be because of my skin undertone.
17 EYEBROW SHAPER- NATURAL BROWN (£2.99)
Cheap and cheerful. Win.
REAL TECHNIQUES CORE COLLECTION (£21.99)
Erm.... I went back to Boots. I'm hooked with these brushes, they are so GOOD. Basic brushes that are affordable, good quality and do their job.
I'm using these over my pricier ones right now - which is saying something here! Oh and the standing case tool is actually really practical for organising my day to day brushes - I'm quite messy.
TOPSHOP NEWGEN 10 TEES- MARY KATRANTZOU (£30)
A bit of an impulse buy whilst browsing Topshop. I love prints and a portion of the sales goes to charity so win-win.
GLAMOUR UK MAGAZINE- APRIL (£2)
I like reading Glamour anyway but this issue has a freebie and we all like free stuff (if it's good). We'll see. There's a sachet of the new Estee Lauder foundation too, so I'm happy :)

Ummm I've accumulated a new stash pretty quickly. Note this a make-up blog not a haul blog..... I am going through bad student spending spree syndrome. I *think* I'm done.

  1. There is nothing wrong with going on a shopping spree as a student. I personally go buy a nail polish when I am having a particularly stressful week. Granted, we have tighter budgets, but I just look at it like this - a drink out or a nail polish. I can drink at home, the nail polish always wins :-)

    1. Nicely put! I think my expenditure levels up with students who do go out all the time.... New things vs booze/shitty clubs ;)I just sometimes forget I don't have a regular income anymore.... This won't be my last haul don't worry x
